Put your BBQ skills to the test and compete in Professional PitMaster or backyard cooking categories and win cash prizes.
Pro PitMaster Grand Champion also will win a Bad Mother Smoker; a custom one of a kind drum smoker built special for this event!
Professionals:
You will accumulate points for KCBS end of year awards.
The highest number of points accumulated in the KCBS contest are calculated and a Grand Champion, Reserve Grand Champion and first through fifth place will receive awards and cash prizes.
Teams will be judged by KCBS certified judges in the following categories: ribs, chicken, pork & brisket.
Each team will be required to cook one pork butt provided by event coordinators for People's Choice**.
